Self-Acceptance Healing Meditation

In this healing sequence of meditations we begin by filling our hearts, then reflect on prompts to help identify areas where we struggle with self-acceptance. We next visualize healing the wound that started this non-acceptance. The sequence closes with connecting to the source of love deep within our core.
