Healing the Wounds of Toxic Masculinity

Part of the difficulty humanity is facing in evolving away from an unfair, unhealthy, patriarchal social order is that everyone carries wounds inflicted by these systemic behavior patterns. Until these wounds are processed and integrated, the unresolved wounds tend to lead us to continually replay them, either on ourselves or other people.

When we heal our own wounds, we help to ensure we don’t continue to propagate these wounds through our actions. Additionally, whenever we heal our own wounds, we help to heal these wounds in humanity’s collective unconscious, helping to break our species out of these unjust, systemic patterns.

This guided visualization will begin the process of integrating repressed emotion and healing unresolved wounds inflicted by toxic masculinity. Healing these wounds is a process, feel free to repeat this practice as often as necessary 😊
